How to book?

 

How to book a gite:  
On-line bookings concern Gîtes de France and Clévacances accommodation: rural gites, furnished houses or flats.

After booking, you will receive a contract together with the description of the rented property, indicating the price of the holiday, the amount of the registration fees and a cancellation insurance proposal (optional). Your booking becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit of 30 % of the total cost of the rent and a signed copy of the contract, returned to Manche Tourisme before the deadline shown on the contract.

You will be requested to pay the balance one month before arrival.

Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the start of the stay.
You can book on our site at more than 5 days before the start of the stay. Under 5 days, do not hesitate to call the booking centre to make your booking:

How to book a week-end or a stay:  
On-line bookings don't concern the weekends and short stays. They must be booked by phone only.

After booking, you will receive a contract indicating the price of the holiday, the amount of the registration fees and a cancellation insurance proposal (optional). Your booking becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit of 25 % of the total cost of the rent and a signed copy of the contract, returned to Manche Tourisme before the deadline shown on the contract.

You will be requested to pay the balance one month before arrival.

Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the start of the stay.
